The room had a comfortable layout, but the beds were noisy and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. I noticed some peeling walls and a faint smell of smoke despite the non-smoking label. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room a pleasant temperature. Unfortunately, noise from the parking lot and nearby guests disrupted our peace. Although the room was bug-free, we encountered roaches, which was alarming. The cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly with the issues we faced in room 141.

You guys made my stay very nice. The hotel was divine and fairly clean in a pretty nice area. The room was fine with very comfy beds. I loved the breakfast food available in the bar.

Last year, the bar was a blast. This time, we enjoyed the company of fellow guests—but it was the front desk staff that impressed me the most. Kathy and Dominik handled challenges with poise. Major kudos to them. our check-in experience quickly soured when the manager, Stephanie, lost her temper. Unprofessional behavior like that? Housekeeping was inconsistent; our room needed better attention and cleanliness. The pool area was less than inviting, and noise from nearby guests disrupted peace. With some improvements in management and cleanliness, this place could be exceptional. For now, I’m uncertain about a return visit.

Great fit for a weekend escape in Jacksonville with good price-quality ratio. Clean and comfortable place.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.

The continental breakfast was served in the bar, and it was marvellous.

We had a nightmare of a stay. The room smelled awful, had black mold, and leaked toilet issues. Plus, we paid for a room with two beds but got stuck with one. It felt completely disrespected as regulars.

We loved stuff and location of this venue.

Front desk staff were accommodating, especially for my early check-in needs, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. a shocking encounter with the manager, Stephanie, left a very sour taste—she screamed at guests about canceled reservations without checking any confirmations. The restaurant experience was oddly uncomfortable, with a manager hovering too closely while demanding payment for extra guests. The room was problematic, with a broken bed and noise from traffic, and cleanliness was questionable. While there were helpful staff moments, the overall management issues made for a stressful stay.

Pleasant stay with great amenities

Ramada By Wyndham Jacksonville offers a clean and comfortable environment. The highlight was the excellent breakfast with a full hot menu, and the staff was polite and welcoming. the parking situation can get crowded on weekends, so plan accordingly.

The location was particularly good and amazing, short walk to the attractions Jax has to offer, other areas of interest, and entertainment onsite, in a safe area. Also, it was at a walking distance from Niagara Golf Trail.
